At Beauty Infusions London, we pride ourselves on our unique approach to client service. Our main goal is to deliver a superior experience to all clients. In order to do so we follow a strict set of procedures and guidelines that not only ensure the smooth operation of our business, but also allow us to provide you and others with excellent service.
Last minute cancellations and ‘No shows’ leave our practitioners with empty appointment slots that could have otherwise been allocated to other clients. Due to this, clients that do not cancel their appointments in time or honor their appointments will be charged a cancellation fee.
Should you wish to cancel your appointment, we advise that you do so at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid any charges.
A cancellation fee of £60 will be charged for any appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment.
Clients that fail to show up to their appointments will be charged the full amount of their infusion treatment. Cancellations made less than 5 hours before an appointment will be treated as a ‘No show’.
We understand that certain situations happen outside of your control that make you late to your appointment and we will do our very best to accommodate you in these situations. However, if you are running more than 10 minutes late, it is important that you notify us in good time in order for us to best accommodate you. If your appointment has to be rescheduled on this occasion, it will be treated as a cancellation with a cancellation fee of £60. It is at the discretion of Beauty Infusions London whether to treat clients who are more than 10 minutes late for their appointment.
Before any infusion treatments are carried out, it is important that you provide the practitioner with relevant information regarding your medical history. You will be required to read and complete a consent form to ensure you understand the treatment to be done, the risks involved and the recovery process. Your blood pressure may also be taken during your consultation to ensure you are fit to receive your infusion treatment.
Consultations will be carried out by your practitioner prior to commencing any treatment with Beauty Infusions London. During consultations, your health and fitness will be examined to ensure you are suitable to receive treatment. You may also use this time to discuss your desired results in which the practitioner will advise you on the most suitable treatment and the amount of treatment needed. A consultation fee of £50 will be charged which will be fully redeemable towards any treatment. The consultation fee is non refundable. However, please feel free to contact us with any further questions you may have regarding your suitability for treatments.
Payment & deposits
In order to secure an appointment with Beauty Infusions London, a deposit of £60 will be required which will be fully redeemable towards your consultation and treatment. An electronic invoice will be sent to you prior to your appointment. You have an option to pay a deposit of £60 or the full price of your treatment via the following payment methods:

You will be expected to pay the remaining balance at the time of your appointment via the following payment methods:
– Credit Card
– Debit Card
Beauty Infusions London currently operate within London, Essex and Kent. If you are outside of this region, you may visit us at one of our upcoming Pop-Up clinics. You may also contact us to see how we can best accommodate you. However, please check back at a later time as we are constantly expanding and hope to be in your area soon.
Beauty Infusions London do not offer refunds on any treatments. We are happy to make exchanges for other treatments at the same value of your initial treatment.
License & Certification
All practitioners at Beauty Infusions London are medically registered and certified. They are also insured to administer infusions under the Beauty Infusions London brand. All appointments should be made via the website or by phone/email. All products used at Beauty Infusions London are authentic and approved by EU regulators.
Any appointments made outside the knowledge of Beauty Infusions London will not be covered by insurance and the authenticity of products cannot be guaranteed.
Practitioners related to Beauty Infusions London, found guilty of operating outside the scope of the brand will be penalised and will also risk losing their license/registration.
Appointments & Bookings
Appointments are made by booking only. All appointments should be made via the website or by phone/email. Please provide your name, address and contact details on the online booking form and a member of our team will be in contact with you immediately with the time slots available.
