Are Beauty Infusions safe?

Yes. At Beauty Infusions London, vitamin infusions are very safe. We only use pure vitamins and nutrients that are naturally produced in the human body. Vitamin Infusions performed by uninsured and unqualified practitioners, are not advised as this subjects you to a risk of vitamin toxicity, aneurysms and other contraindications.

 At Beauty Infusions London, your infusions are performed by ANTT trained, medical practitioners who are insured and qualified to carry out vitamin infusions. We do not treat pregnant or breastfeeding clients.

Are Vaginal steams safe?

Yes, vaginal steams are very safe. A consultation will be carried out prior to your treatment to assess your suitability. Our Infusion therapists are trained and certified to carry out vaginal steams. We do not treat pregnant clients as this may induce labor. We may also alter treatments for clients that experience shorter menstrual cycles and interim bleeding.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment by contacting us via email or phone. You can also use the booking form on our website to make a booking. As soon as we receive your booking request, a member of our team will be in touch with you immediately with the time slots available. A deposit of £60 will be required to secure your appointment.

What should I expect at my appointment?

Once your appointment has been booked, a practitioner will arrive at your confirmed location at the agreed date and time. A medical consultation will take place to assess your suitability and to gain your consent prior to receiving treatment. Your treatment will commence once you have been deemed suitable. After treatment, your practitioner will discuss a care and maintenance plan with you.

Are Infusion treatments painful?

IV infusions tend not to be painful. Most clients would describe the discomfort as a ‘sharp scratch’. However, IM infusions injected into the muscle can cause some slight discomfort. At Beauty Infusions London, practitioners are specially trained and equipped to make your experience as comfortable as possible.

How many Infusion treatments are needed?

The amount of treatment needed will depend on your desired results. For any infusion, we always recommend a course of at least 10 treatments in order to see any visible results.

How do I know which Infusion treatment is the best for me?

You can refer to the our website for a detailed description of the different infusions available. You can also contact us via email or phone to discuss your desired results. In select cases, we may ask you to send pictures to allow us to better advise you. During your consultation you will also have the chance to discuss your concerns and desired results with your practitioner.

Is it safe to carry out an Infusion treatment at my home/office/space?

Yes, it is very safe to carry out infusions in the comfort of your own space. At Beauty Infusions London, our practitioners are ANTT trained. This enables them to easily convert any space into an aseptic field, allowing for the safe administration of vitamins. We strongly advise that children and pets are kept away during your appointment for your own safety. ​

Who will carry out my Infusion treatment?

Your Infusion treatments will be carried out by a qualified and insured medical practitioner trained to administer IV/IM injections and vaginal steam therapies.

What should I do if Beauty Infusions London do not operate within my location?

If you are outside of our operating region, you may visit us at one of our upcoming Pop-Up clinics. You may also contact us to see how we can best accommodate you. However, please check back at a later time as we are constantly expanding and hope to be in your area soon.

How long should I allow for an Infusion treatment?

You should allow up to 1 ½ hours for all treatments. This will allow time for the initial consultation and an aftercare discussion regarding your maintenance and care plan.

Do Beauty Infusions London offer consultations?

Yes, we offer consultations. Consultations will be carried out by your practitioner prior to commencing any treatment with Beauty Infusions London. During consultations, your health and fitness will be examined to ensure you are suitable to receive treatment. You may also use this time to discuss your desired results in which the practitioner will advise you on the most suitable treatment and the amount of treatment needed. A consultation fee of £50 will be charged which will be fully redeemable towards any treatment. The consultation fee is non refundable. However, please feel free to contact us with any further questions you may have regarding your suitability for treatments.

Do Beauty Infusions London treat pregnant/breastfeeding clients?

We do not treat pregnant or breastfeeding clients for vitamin infusions. However, we do treat breastfeeding clients for postpartum vaginal steam therapies.

Do Beauty Infusions London treat cancer patients?

We do not treat cancer patients without a letter from a doctor confirming that the client is safe to receive treatment.

Do Beauty Infusions London treat clients with high blood pressure?

We generally do not treat clients with high blood pressure as vitamin infusions slightly raise blood pressure levels immediately after treatment. Your blood pressure may be taken on the day of your appointment to assess your suitability prior to treatment.

Can I get a refund on an Infusion treatment purchased?

Beauty Infusions London do not offer refunds on any treatments. We are happy to make exchanges for other treatments at the same value of your initial treatment.

How do I cancel an appointment that has been booked?

Should you wish to cancel your appointment, we advise that you do so at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid any charges. You can cancel your appointment by contacting us via email or phone. A cancellation fee of £60 will be charged for any appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment.

What do I do if I am running late for my appointment?

We understand that certain situations happen outside of your control that make you late to your appointment and we will do our very best to accommodate you in these situations. However, if you are running more than 10 minutes late, it is important that you notify us in good time in order for us to best accommodate you. If your appointment has to be rescheduled on this occasion, it will be treated as a cancellation with a cancellation fee of £60. It is at the discretion of Beauty Infusions London whether to treat clients who are more than 10 minutes late for their appointment.

How do I make payment for an Infusion treatment?

An electronic invoice will be sent to you once we have received your booking request. You have an option to pay a deposit of £60 or the full price of your treatment via the following payment methods:
